Couple's get away with some quirks
The front desk staff was sharp and knew what they were doing, really made things smoother! Plus, my room had this nice second bathroom which was a bonus when we needed it! I'm telling you, it's all in the details.
It wasn't exactly cheap! but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The hotel's location is outstanding, providing easy access to a vibrant area while remaining peaceful. The reception staff were superb, with friendly personnel going above and beyond, making a significant positive impression. The room was nicely appointed, with excellent shower pressure and ample towels. However, a few drawbacks included the limited dining options and the lack of a more extensive breakfast selection.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, though the
room sizes left a bit to be desired. The King Room with Bathroom and Garden View was clean and well-kept, providing a serene environment just a short walk from the active district, although I expected a more spacious layout for the price.

Nice Stay, But Service Needs Improvement
Our stay was overall comfortable in the King Room. However, check-in took an hour due to technical issues, and we experienced challenges with the breakfast service—staff were hard to find. A tip, visit the pool early for the best experience, but don’t expect towels.

great amenities but a few maintenance issues
The bathroom layout is fantastic, and the lighting made it feel upscale. I greatly appreciate the paraben-free products. it’s rare to find this level of attention to guest sensitivities. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff who ensured we had everything we needed.
Some areas showed signs of wear and could use a touch-up.

The location was fantastic for exploring Seattle and Bellevue. We took our dogs along and loved the nearby parks. The comfy rooms, giving us plenty of space to unwind after long days. Great for families!
In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation was frustrating. Families with children would appreciate more kid-friendly amenities, like a larger pool area and activities that kept the kids entertained.

Found the hotel quite appealing, with a friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the valet parking was inconvenient due to limited spots and extra charges were a bit higher than expected, especially for breakfast. Still, I enjoyed the overall stay despite these small hiccups.
